Nest not connecting

My nest disconnected five days ago. And I have done all the steps to troubleshoot. Help!

  • Are you located in North America or Europe?
  • What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
  • Are you referring to the thermostat being disconnected from the network or from the app?
  • Do you see any messages or codes on the thermostat or in the app?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you tried already?
