How did you wire the Nest?

I can't read the terminal block labels.

Here’s the labels without wires

Give this wiring a try,

Brown - C to C

Red - R to Rc

Yellow - Y1 to Y1

Black - E to * (set as Emergency heat)

Green - G to G

White - W2 to W2/AUX (set as AUX heat)

Blue - B to OB

  1.  On your thermostat, go to Settings.
  2. Select Equipment.
  3. Select Continue > Continue.
  4. Select Heat Pump.
  5. The Nest Thermostat defaults to an O setting for heat
    pumps.
    • If the O option is highlighted, select B.
    • If the B option is highlighted, select O.
  6. Test your heating and cooling again to make sure the issue is resolved.

It works with it like that, but says cooling in 2+ hours

It might still be learning.

It seems to be working, I guess. Just have to figure out how to set all the automatic settings now.
