Nest not firing

My nest is on will go orange but will not make boiler fire up.  Equally if I press the override button on heatlink it will not fire up.  

i know the boiler is fine because I have a 2nd nest controlling a different area of the house and when that is calling for heat the boiler fires up.

ive reset the heatlink but it hasn’t resolved it.  It clicks each time in call for heat.

• What is the display color?
• Does the display show a water droplet?
