Nest not recognizing AC unit

The app only shows my heating and fan. It does not show my cooling equipment. I confirmed the wire to the AC unit has power. I have been with two different agents who helped me check all the wiring and verify that and confirm it’s correct as well as reinstalling the nest twice and it still does not recognize my air conditioning unit.
