Nest has been working fine for over 2 years. Today, the fan turned on automatically by itself while the thermostat is set to off. I used Nest app to make sure the system is off and the fan is off. The fan stopped after a minute, but it turned it self on in a couple of minutes. I detached the display to stop it.
I am having the same issue. Have to turn it off at the breaker in order to make it quit. It is possible that it is related to a software update that just came out. I've checked wiring twice and settings at least four times now.
