Nest problems

Hi,

 

I hope someone can help. My thermostat read the error code H22 and would not connect to the heat link or WiFi. I reset it and now it won’t stay on for more then  10 seconds even after a full charge! The screen is blank, I’m cold and cannot control the heating as the schedule was wiped when reset.

 

Can someone please help?

I'm sorry to hear you're encountering this issue, but I'll do my best to help you sort this out. Can you tell me what country are you based in, what type if thermostat you have and if there are any lights on the Heat Link?
