nest product is not working what did did he hired all my bills it disconnected from the Wi-Fi I have a hard time to reset the whole thermostat every hour and my bills went up big-time. It’s very bad product to have

• What Nest Thermostat model do you have?
• When did the issue start?
• Where are you located?
