I am disgusted with goggle support for Nest products. I spent over an hour with a support person who knew nothing about the nest user interface. I was then transferred to another person that just quoted information I had already tried. My app worked just fine prior to being migrated to goggle. Now to use the my family option I must upgrade my phone to IOS 16 which my phone doesn't support and nor can I use home on my pc. Support suggested that I borrow someone's android to add names to my family account, can you believe that. Functionality was removed from Nest (My family) when they migrated to goggle, but that's ok I can just buy a new phone to download IOS 16. The account can't be deleted from goggle and Nest no longer works on the phone. I simply wanted to reset my password for Nest and it no longer works. Because of the lack of knowledge by the support team they stated I would receive an email for a call back, I never did. Nest has a simple interface, goggle has broken most of these functions and this was the worst support I ever encountered for a product whose interface worked fine prior to the migration to goggle. I have never called goggle for support, and if this is the level of support I should expect, then I will not be using their products and I'm working with Georgia Power to return the products just installed.
