Nest temperature discrepancy

I've noticed there is a discrepancy between temperature set displayed by my thermostat in a standard screen (when it activates when I walk by) and when I go to Settings > Information > (...) Set Temperature

For example, I set the thermostat to 21.5*C but the Detailed Information Screen reads 21.3*C


Now I do have a (rather silly) theory that the internal math operates in non standard units like F, and it does a double conversion from C -> F -> C thus the accuracy error.
In any case, this seems like a bug to me and it should be fixed in a firmware update.
Also, why I don't see the temperature with resolution +/- 0.1*C in the standard screen?

I understand that the displayed temperature may be unclear. Frequent on-and-off cycles of your heating or cooling might take up more energy and perhaps wear down your system. Your Nest Thermostat will delay turning on your system to prevent this. Common names for this delay include the maintenance band and temperature swing. The maintenance band is also used by many thermostat manufacturers and models to reduce system wear.

 

There are no adjustments on the Nest Thermostat maintenance band.

  • The target temperature is 0.7°F (0.4°C) above and below the heating maintenance band.
  • The goal temperature is within the cooling maintenance range, which is 1°F (0.6°C) above and below it.

First, I'd appreciate if you read my post with understanding, since your answer does not apply to my question. So I am asking:
1. Why the Detailed Information Screen reads 21.3*C and the Home Screen shows 21.5*C ? Why is it rounded to the nearest 0.5*C?
2. Why I can't adjust the temperature up to 0.1*C, say 20.7*C or 19.8*C?

Meanwhile your response is about temperature swing which is called a hysteresis and why it is necessary:

But let me tell you, that the hysteresis setting on my thermostat in my home that might affect the wear down of AC is none of your business and under no circumstances you can prohibit me to configure the system to provide me the maximum comfort.

Google's failure to understand that is the result why $10 thermostat from Amazon or Aliexpress beats your Google Nest sensor.
