Thermostaat gaf code H 72. Strook gecontroleerd, heatlink op anders stopcontact. Heatlink brandt geen lampje, reset ook niet mogelijk. Iemand de oplossing?

To better understand the situation, I'd like to ask a few questions:

• Is the entire system powered on?
• Have you tried pressing the center button on the Heat Link?
• Have you recently had service or maintenance on your electrical, plumbing, or heating system?
