Nest thermostat 2021 ghost white not compatible with my thermostat

Good evening all,

 

i bought one of the cool nest thermostats. I was so excited until I tried installing only for the app to tell me it wasn’t compatible. My wiring to my original thermostat are as follows:

W,RH,RC,G and Y. Those are the only ones with wires to them. What do I need to make it compatible or is there a way around it. Would really suck not to be able to enjoy my nest thermostat. Thanks in advance would not let me post pic as file is not supported

Are you located from North America or Europe? And what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? Also, to help us get a better picture of what's happening, do you mind sharing a photo? Click on this link, tap Reply, and then select the three horizontal dots above the text box to reveal the toolbar, where you can add the photo by selecting the camera icon.
