Hello,
I’ve exhausted all the help articles so I’m hoping this will help!
I’ve had my thermostat for about 2 years and about 6 months ago it stopped connecting to WiFi, tried to fix in every way recommended but nothing worked, as I could still use it to heat the house I just resigned myself to it.
however in the last week or so it’s completely gone. It constantly turns off. It charged (or appears to) then says it’s got to shut down to charge the battery 30 seconds after turning on. It has not stayed on for more than 30 seconds in a week and it’s getting cold lol.
ive tried charging off the base, I’ve charging with different USBs on and off the dock. It is not wired into the wall it’s on a stand plugged into a mains socket. I managed to get into the power menu before in shut down again and the vin is 0 which as it’s plugged into the mains shouldn’t be an issue.
the thermostat was fitted with my new boiler so all the wiring was done by a professional and it’s not on the wall.
any ideas or advice greatly appreciated as im near just having to suck it up and buy a new one.

I think I have the same issue and have not found a solution yet. Mine refused to connect to wifi and eventually gave the wifi error code. Now it has the same power issues as yours
