All of a sudden my Nest app couldn’t recognize my existing4 thermostats and when it finally did, it wouldn’t recognize my password, saying invalid password when it was actually valid. So after 3 tries, I reset the password and still couldn’t access my devices—app screen appears as new screen with no devices. I changed my password back to original and recovered my google account but that didn’t change anything. I tried to re-enter thermostats as new product but my thermostat wall setting says I’m already connected to an account therefore it won’t show a location code. Tried restarting one of the wall thermostats but that didn’t help. No issues with wi-fi. I can’t align passwords with account. Help.

Once reset, you can re-add your thermostat to your account.
If you continue to experience difficulties with your email or passwords, creating a new account might help. You can then re-add your Nest Thermostat using the previous steps.
