Nest thermostat - heating working but hot water not

Morning. Hoping there is a really easy solution to this.

over the last week or so, we have encountered an issue where the hot water schedule has been set but we’re not getting any hot water.  The heating schedule is set and this is working fine but we cannot generate hot water for the times we want. If I manually ‘boost’ the hot water, that appears to work, but the scheduling element isn’t……any ideas??

Hi Adam! I'm sorry to hear about this, but I'm here to help. Could you please tell me if you set the schedule from the thermostat or from the app? And if it is from the app, please reset the Hot Water schedule and set it on the thermostat. I'm looking forward for your answer!
