Nest thermostat instal

And installed the nest thermostat. When I tested, only the heater will come on, cooling will not turn on.
From the old thermostat, the wires are as follows

I live in Florida, the W1/W2 Doesn’t make a lot of sense to me

@MrT4,

You did not lust an R wire. 

With your setup you appear to have a 2-stage heating system. W1 is stage-1 heat and W2 is stage-2 heat. You most likely have a gas furnace. 
When outdoor temperature drops s below 75°F the cooling system will be locked out so as not to damage the system. it should still be able to force it into a short test using the nest thermostat in the equipment settings.
