The Nest Thermostat stopped connecting to the network after about a year. I have done everything offered as standard steps to correct it, all the way to a full factory reset, and nothing works. It is the only device in my house that cannot find that network, including my other Nest Thermostat, and it still cannot find the network. Now that I did a full reset, it will not work at all, and can't find the wires it says. Are there any other options?

So now I was able to connect the network but it says the wires cannot be found and now says no power. I've fully reset about 10 times now and different issue pop up.

Since you've already tried the basics, I’d recommend checking if the Wi-Fi channel is set to 2.4GHz—sometimes the thermostat has trouble with 5GHz. If that doesn't help, it might be worth contacting Nest support for further troubleshooting or exploring if there's a hardware issue with the device itself.
