Nest thermostat , no history in app

Hi , I've got a 2nd gen nest thermostat, I had a problem recently with the receiver which Google replaced, but ever since then I cannot see any heating history in my app. It shoes on the nest its self but not in the app.  I have tried uninstalling the app etc but can't get it to work,  any advice please.
