Yesterday my Nest thermostat stopped seeing my wifi. I tried all the troubleshooting and all my other wifi products are working properly.

I am sorry to hear you are still having trouble after trying troubleshooting steps as well. Do you mind me asking, are you seeing any error codes on the device? Please let me know, as I want to ensure you are good to go.

No error code.  And other Nest devices are connected with no problem

Hey Cfett,

Apologies for the late reply. Do you mind me asking if you have a C wire installed to your device? Are you are able to review the power to your device? If the device is not getting enough power, it will start to drop functions such as the Wi-Fi to ensure the device is heating/cooling the home. Are you able to review this for me?

Best regards,

Jake
