Nest thermostat not heating or cooling

I replaced my Honeywell thermostat with a google nest learning thermostat and now when it won’t heat or cool. I feel air coming out; when I turn heat on it is not heat and when I turn cool on it is not cold air. Also, I hear my hvac turn on outside for a few minutes then kicks off. My Honeywell was working perfectly fine but unsure what the problem is now. Can anyone help me troubleshoot?

are your wires correctly installed

I believe I did. I followed all the instructions, used the tags to label each wire and matched them to the correct inputs. 

I wish I could post a picture on here but I’m not sure how to add photos on here
