Nest thermostat not heating

Why when I have the heat on, it’s blowing cold air instead of heat?

Sorry to hear about your Nest thermostat and thanks for reaching out to the Google Nest Community. 

What type of system do you have? Did the heating work with your Nest thermostat before on this system? Also, could you post a photo of your original/old thermostat wires and your current Nest one so I could double check on them?
