Hi
We had our nest installed about a month ago. Our Wi-Fi was switched off briefly last night (instead of the Christmas lights). Everything else has reconnected it our downstairs thermostat will now not pick up any work signal at all. We’ve worked through all steps and won’t pick up our mesh system or the (virgin) and have switched one off etc. Any advice gratefully received.

Same with me. Tried everything but still cannot connect to app or WiFi network.

My next step is to do a full reset which means all our schedules will be lost which will be a complete pain if it doesn’t work as will need to manually add them.
I can’t think of anything else to do!

Don’t do this… now have no thermostat at all!

I did all that and still nothing. I’ve tried everything. It still works manually but I didn’t buy the Nest for this.
