Nest thermostat says online. Cell phone says offline.

Just changed my internet & Wifi service to Spectrum. Everything is now up and running except my thermostat on my Android cell phone.  I've tried everything including uninstalling the app and then reinstalling (twice), but still says Offline.  What else can I check and/or do?  Thanks!

First, make sure that your thermostat is properly connected to your Wi-Fi network. You can check this by logging into your router's settings and looking for the list of connected devices. If your thermostat is not listed, you may need to reset it and connect it to your Wi-Fi network again.

Second, try to see if there are any software updates available for your thermostat. Sometimes, offline issues can be resolved by installing the latest software updates. You can check for updates by going to the app settings or by visiting the manufacturer's website.
