Nest thermostat seasonal savings permanent opt out

How can i permanently opt out of seasonal savings?
Here is my problem. I have a vacation home with a nest thermostat. I am rarely there in the winter. I leave the heat off with a safety temp set to prevent freezing. Each january you turn on my heater without warning or my knowledge. I am not there to see and decline a message on my thermostat. If i somehow notice this by checking the nest app, i can turn it off. By then you have heated an empty house, usually for days or weeks, wasting hundreds of dollars on fuel. This can also happen in july when you do it again for the ac. Please provide a way for me to make this stop.
