Nest thermostat the little house keep coming up and temperature then gos off ot heating hot water

New  nest 3 thermostat  put up 2 days ago  the house come up on programme then go's off  5 to 10 minutes  it comes back on is this right

Hi there and thanks for reaching our Community. I'm sorry to hear about your issue, but I'll do my best to assist you. Could you please tell me what do you refer to by "programme"? Is it the Schedule or is the fact that you turn on the heating and it goes off automatically after 5 or 10 minutes?

It the nest  controller   not wired in to wall but free standing   the little  house come up  then it tell you the temperature  etc  then go's off 10 mons comes back on with  house again  it must  be linked   but is this normal   as when walk past it  stay blank  then house  again comes up

Could you please clarify what exactly is going on as it's not clear by your description. Does the display lose power and shut down and turn back on?

Sorry yes it go's off by its self  and house appears  like it starting up again  then come up with temperature   but you can adjust it   but then closenes  down  and start again after few minutes should temperature  stay on all time  as you move about  comes on

The display will turn off when no one is in the area and turn back on when motion is detected or you rotate the ring but it should not restart. 

On the display go to Settings> Technical info> Power and take a picture of all the readings you see there. We want to see what the power readings are.
