Hi
I've been using Nest thermostat for about 9 months, and recently it has had a working problem and a technician has identified a problem with this equipment. How can I make warranty claim?
The symptom is that the air blower suddenly works one day per month but Nest displays "off".

Fortunately, the customer service phone number was known and resolved by calling. Replaced it. Thanks.
