Nest thermostat wire compatibility

Hello everyone I want to replace my White Rodgers thermostat with the Nest Thermostat. I was told to upload a photo see attached. 

Would the Nest thermostat be compatible?

You have the following wires:

RH, RC, W, G, Y.  RH and RC are jumpered.  A Nest Thermostat may work. There is not a C (Common) wire, which in some cases will be a problem.

You can use the Compatibility Checker.  It will likely warn you about not having a C wire.

It's remotely possible there is a C wire (often blue or black) tucked into the wall.  However in order for it to work it would need to be connected at the HVAC system at the other end.
