I recently added my nest thermostat to my Google home. I was having difficulty attaching it to the Wi-Fi, so with Google support they advised me to create a new Google home environment for my Google nest thermostat and then bring over my other Google home devices onto the new environment and delete the old one. When I did that, I am no longer able to set up presence sensing or even see where presence sensing settings are. Has anyone experienced this type of issue?

Sorry to hear about this and for the delayed response but thanks for reaching out. I want to check on this further.
A few questions — are you getting a specific message or code when trying to setup presence sensing now on your Google Home app? Have you tried making use of another mobile device if the option is there or not? Also, could you provide the case id of your interaction with our support team so I can have it reviewed?
