Nest thermostat

I can't tell if my heat pump is compatible and if so not sure which wire goes where for the o/b on the nest thermostat

Thanks for reaching out. On some thermostats the B wire controls the changeover valve, but I want to make sure that I'll give you the correct wiring. Please let me know the make and model of your current thermostat so I could investigate further.
