Nest thermostat

Please help I’ve never had a problem with heating before but my heating won’t come on downstairs on next ?? I’ve checked network re started router , I’ve reset thermostat still the radiators downstairs won’t come on. 
heating upstairs & hot water working fine . 
many ideas please
