Nest thermostat

I have performed all the steps multiple times and have concluded the product is defective.  All phone numbers are discontinued or no longer working and can't get any person to speak to.  This is terrible customer service and b.s.  Can anyone tell me how to get a replacement for my defective one.

I'm experiencing the same problem.  Unsuccessfulin findinga workingcustomerservicenumber.  This is ridiculous and upsetting.

Yikes! I'm sorry to hear about the experience you had with our Nest Thermostats. Are you located in North America or Europe? What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? Also, could you tell us more about the situation—the main problem and the steps you took that led to the conclusion that the thermostat is defective—so I can take a closer look at it?
