My nest thermostat can find WiFi. It worked before now it simply can see any WiFi network

My WiFi has not been changed and only one of two nest thermostats stopped working. I purchased both of the thermostats within 6 months and were installed by a professional HVAC person.

@iamsuri , I assume you meant to say the Nest Thermostat no longer sees any WiFi signals. First off let us make you have not made any changes on in your home WiFi system.
If the WiFi chip in the Nest Thermostat then your only choice is to replace the Nest Thermostat. If you purchased and installed your Nest Thermostat, you have a 1-year warranty. If you purchased your Nest Thermostat from and had it installed by a Nest Pro, you will have a 3-year warranty.

@iamsuri , sadly of the HVAC technician was not a Nest Pro then your warranty will only be 12-months.

I purchased this in July 2, 2023. It is still under the 12 month warranty, right? The WiFi issue should be covered under the warranty, right?

My Nest Thermostat was purchased and picked up July 24, 2023. Cannot reconnect to the WiFi Network, tried all suggestions. Another thermostat works fine. How do I get a replacement under warranty?

Not having your thermostat connected to your Wi-Fi network can sure be troublesome. Let's get it back on track together!
Ensure your thermostat is charged to 3.8V or more as the battery could affect the thermostat's ability to connect to the internet.
Can your thermostat see other Wi-Fi networks? If so, restart your Wi-Fi router and let me know how it goes.
If you've made sure there are no problems with your Wi-Fi network, your thermostat has enough battery, and it's not able to detect any other Wi-Fi networks, please fill out this form. That way, our team can get in touch directly with you and check if your thermostat is eligible for a replacement.

Nope, in searching of WiFi networks, it just spinning for hours. Yes, I have tried restarting WiFi, restarting the nest, nothing is working. Something wrong with this unit. My other nest in the house is running fine.

Thanks for giving me an update.
In your case, I suggest to connect the thermostat to a mobile hotspot. This will rule out any major interference that could prevent the thermostat from detecting Wi-Fi networks.
If it still can't connect to the hotspot or find it at all, please fill out the form I suggested above. Doing so will allow my team to get in touch with you directly so we can take a closer look at your thermostat and determine the best course of action.

Here is the thing. They might replace it, but it’s an awful product. Why install another bad product. It might be the worst thermostat on the market. Mine went out at 1 am. The chat person couldn’t help, after going through the same trouble shooting I could find online. They couldn’t say they would replace it, they just put in the notes they needed to. When I asked about having a tech come out they sent me a link to nest certified techs. I got it to lower my bill. Every month I had it my bill was higher and I was hotter. Useless product that is only cool bc you can spin it
