Somehow, my nest thermostat is not a device any longer on my app. So, I go to add it. I get to the part for the entry key and the thermostat itself says the device is already connected to an account. What do I do? It’s been like this for a while, but the schedule I put in has been running fine up until recently. I’m so frustrated. Help.
