I have had a nest thermostat since last September tried to set up but with no luck I keep getting emails from nest saying hope I've got it working I've replied back to the email to say no to find out that you cant reply back to the emails I still not got it working as I can't get a connection to my WiFi and I don't understand how the heat sensor connects cause I have no wires from my old one as thats wireless and all I keep getting of the thermostat thing is the letter g it won't do anymore and when I go on the nest app to set up and scan the thermostat its just says can't connect t
