Nest thermostats CANNOT turn off learning automatic schedule changes according to support

Despite all the help articles to the contrary  and Google Home suggesting so, a Google support rep told me it is NOT POSSIBLE for Nest thermostats to turn off automatic schedule changes. It’s stuck to “On • Suggestions” whatever that means and you open it up and there are no options. Clearly trying to hide a bug but I have confirmation from Google it CANNOT be turned off. So I have schedules being made and my temps changing when I don’t want them to be. I have to go and delete them manually. Quality.

@Anon2387 this indeed is news to me. I have a Nest Learning Thermostat Gen 3 at my own personal homes. I have the auto schedule turned off because I use manual settings for setting up schedules instead of auto scheduling.
