3rd generation Nest thermostats not connecting to WiFi and doesn't stay charged. I tried to charge through USB but still doen't won't stay charged.

@PrithG, I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your Nest Thermostat. I'd love to know more about this as well.

Aside from the thermostat wires, are you getting any wiring reports or messages? Also, could you please check its power readouts? You can find this in your actual thermostat's Technical Info settings.
