Getting continual w5 code. Thermostat suddenly went offline yesterday. Started by saying ‘unable to connect / move closer to router’ - which didn’t work. Have gone through all the options (reboot router / restart etc) Now the thermostat has ‘skull and crossbones’ saying ‘your thermostat has a problem and is unable to connect to Wi-Fi’ followed by code w5
Any ideas? very frustrating….
