Nest thermostats

I wondering if I can still RMA my stat that was replaced last year

Welcome to the Google Nest community! That depends on why you want to RMA it and if it's in warranty or not. Maybe you can help us by explaining what the issue with your thermostat is? Please can you explain the issue further?

Hi folks,

 

@Fastfredy99, thanks for reaching out. If your Nest Thermostat goes through with troubleshooting and finds out that it is defective, you can still have RMA for a replacement if your device is still eligible for it. However, if it's no longer in warranty we would still love to check the issue of your thermostat and see for an option.
