I haven’t migrated my nest products. My nest app has disappeared from my phone and I can’t seem to do anything with it.

Sorry to hear about your experience. I want to get into the bottom of this.
A few questions — what Nest devices do you have on your account? Were there changes made on them recently on perhaps on the mobile device you're using before this started happening? Also, have you tried logging into another mobile device or on a computer's browser at https://bit.ly/3gW4i8w if these devices still don't show up?
