Hello.
I have 3 thermostats. One is connected to water and ground floor and other ones are for each floor separate. When i press the button on the receiver (Heatlink) the water is heating as normal but if I initiate the request for hot water boost over the app - the app stays gray and water doesn't heat up.
Am I missing some wiring? I don't understand why the override on heatlink works but not when initiated from the app? It is a system boiler set up.

Has the setup worked in the past, or is this a new install?
The reason for the water heating when the Heat Link button is pressed, that's the override, which closes all of the relays.
Can you upload a picture of the connections at the Heat Link?

Hello!
Apologies for the late response - needed some time to take the photo for this.Attaching photo as requested.
So I have tried to turn on the heating on the app itself, I tried on the thermostat as well and it didn't want to turn on the hot water.
My boiler is Glow Worm Energy 25s

The connections answer your question, you have no wiring in the H/W section.
The reason for the app not turning on, it sends a signal to the Heat Link H/W relay, and that's not connected. Manual will turn the boiler on, and if a system boiler will heat the water. See the the picture taken from your handbook that comes with the thermostat, and that should explain it all.

Hello!
Thank you so much for the help on this. You are right. Those terminals have not been connected to anything and electrician assumed something else.
Thanks once more for your help!
