Nest website temperature settings different from app temperature settings

Hi, how come my temperature settings in my nest website account are different from those in the nest app?  The thermostat follows the app, but sometimes I want to make changes in the website.  I want my schedule and temperature settings to be identical both in app and in website - obviously.

Thanks

Hello, came onto the forums as I am experiencing the same thing.  0.5C less difference on the web version. App and the thermostat itself match fine.

Thanks for reaching out to us here as well @the-jeffski . Just to confirm, you are experiencing a difference between the displayed temperature reading or between the schedule setpoints between the app versions?

Its the schedule set points. So I have realised to subtract .5C when amending the schedule on web as on the app and the thermostat they match. I'd wondered if there is some conversion from F happening in the client and that's why its out as I can see the data coming back to the browser is in F.

Hi there. The Nest app and the web app approximate the temperature differently. I suggest to use the mobile app for more accurate readings.
