I’m installing a Nest Thermostat . I only have Rc and W wires coming from the old Thermostat .How do I can connect?

You mean Rh, not Rc? W is for heat so the corresponding wire is usually Rh or R. Plug it to R on the nest wire base, W goes to W1.
