I did have to reset my nest thermostat e today and I'm having problem to connect it again. Thermostat is connecting ok but heat link I'm having trouble. If I try to hold it long enough for it to be restart to manufacture settings and waiting for the blue light to come on it goes on green light. What am I doing wrong. I am trying to connect it from beginning but without the blue light my thermostat won't connect with the heat link .
