My nest does not seem to read my phone location knowing whether I am home or away. Therefore it will often switch to Away when I am home and go into Eco mode making my house very cold. How do I fix this?

Please ensure that the “Use phone location” setting is on in the home/away assist settings in the Nest app.

Try the following and see if that helps: keep the phone setting to on, and then select No for the actual thermostats so that their presence sensors do not get in the way.
