Net thermostats (2 units) not showing usage anymore. Stopped on 7/29/2021

In the Nest App, both thermostats now show "no usage" in the history.
The thermostats themselves are logging history just fine and connect to the wifi just fine also.
I've tried to move to a Google Account instead of Nest account but it doesn't look like it works.

I have the same issue.  History shows that A/C ran several times on a day, but shows "no usage"

Hi grohwer,

 

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry  for the delay. Is there an instance where you perform a hard restart (press and hold display for 20 seconds) or your Nest Thermostat shuts down because of power loss? The issue might happen because your thermostat went through a non-orderly restart at some point that day. A non-orderly restart simply means the thermostat wasn’t restarted properly by selecting Settings > Reset > Restart in the thermostat interface.
