Keep losing Wi-Fi connection.  I have tried the following 1. Typed network name. 2. Tech Info Power BATT. 38.92 V, VOC 36.72 V. VIN 34.93V, lIN 200 ma (c). 3. Software Ver. 602-27, updated Sep. 12. 4. Reset... Still no networks found.

I have tried everything recommended and still no wi-fi connection.

Hi Michael50703,

Thank you so much for posting in this community. That sounds frustrating. I understand you may be encountering difficulties with your Nest thermostat that is not connecting to your WiFi network. Don’t worry; I’m here to assist you.

I really appreciate your time performing troubleshooting steps. At this time, I need to isolate the situation and gather more information about this case, so help me out with these questions.

  • Do you see an error code on the thermostat?
  • Did you try to connect your thermostat using a hotspot?

Rule out wireless interference: Wireless interference causes difficulty for devices to connect to a Wi-Fi network, unexpected interruptions, and slow Wi-Fi connections. Devices or appliances that emit signals (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) can cause wireless interference. Thick walls or objects that block the connection between two devices can also cause interference.

Check out this article related to the situation that you are experiencing: The thermostat doesn't show your Wi-Fi network.

Let me know how it goes, and keep me posted.

Best regards,

Daniel
