New WiFi now heat is blowing out cold air

Hi all,

I have a nest that has been working fine. We just got a new modem and I had to update my nest so it was connected. Per the directions I had to remove the device and did a factory reset.  My heat is now blowing out cold air.  I have disconnected and reconnected about 3 times but it’s still doing it.  Any help would be appreciated! I have a dual system of forced air heat is gas though and air is electric for ac and heat.  On the info though it only says electric is that right?

Hello Springerz,

It appears that your HVAC configuration was changed during the set up. Let's see what's going on.

A few questions: what type of HVAC system do you have? Were there any changes to its wiring configuration? Also, could you send me a picture of your Nest Thermostat wiring diagram?

Looking forward for your response.

Thanks,

Mark
