New ac motor

Just got a new ac motor installed but now the outside fan isn’t coming on. Is the nest not connected correctly?

The outdoor fan is not controlled directly by a thermometer. If the compressor is running and the fan is not, turn it off quickly so as to not damage the compressor.  If that fan motor was recently replaced, call them back since it has a 1-year warranty.
