I just moved into my home, the A/C was working, I was unsure of how to use the thermostat (first mistake) I started messing with it. My A/c then was one but not producing air in the house. I did a factory reset and now I’m stuck on the “continue with google home app screen.” 

every time I try to set it up, it doesn’t connect, I’ve tried resetting my wifi, deleting the app and redownloading. I’ve replaced the batteries, nothing that I’ve done is working. 

someone help cause it’s HOT in here
