New home, water temp too low

Hi I have just moved into a home with nest thermostat, had several problems with boiler but that is now working, had to reset thermostat as previous owner did not logout but now can seem to find out how to turn my water temp up. 
I set up on a combi boiler and heat is working fine but no separate water section?

Hi @Newhomeowner, thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about your issue, but I'd like to help you out. Please let me know if you have a combi boiler or system? Do you have a separate water tank? The hot water option is displayed only if you have a system boiler with a separate water tank.
