No Hot water

Hi Everyone,please help

 No Hot water, while In schedule or on Boost ,sign stays gray in the app, can hear click in the heat link,but boiler not firing up. We have a system boiler . I tried to reset to factory settings,still no luck. Please help.thanks

Hi Thanks ,Vladut, no ,we have it for years ,using system boiler.

heating is on fine ,but no hot water on even going manual from the heat link either.

As you hear the click, and the schedule it's not working and also the manual mode, I'd recommend to contact an installer as it might be a stuck valve, damaged/loose wires or even the boiler.
